Does it contain 425mg of caffeine?
The label lists 350mg caffeine anhydrous plus 75mg di-caffeine malate. Malate includes non-caffeine mass, so adding those amounts does not establish 425mg actual caffeine. We list the two labeled components separately.
Why start with half a scoop?
Shadow combines several stimulants. Starting smaller helps you assess your response, but tolerance does not eliminate risk.
Can I stack it with another pre-workout?
Do not combine it with another stimulant pre-workout, energy drink, or additional caffeine. Check overlapping ingredients in any other supplements.
