WHY WE EXIST
I started this brand because the supplement industry was broken.
In 2013, after more than a decade of drug abuse, I found fitness, and it saved my life. What started as a way to get sober turned into an obsession with becoming stronger, more disciplined, and more capable in every area of life.
Since then, I have pushed myself through bodybuilding training, powerlifting competitions, 10+ ultramarathons, and jiu jitsu tournaments. I have spent years putting different training methods, diets, and supplements to the test, learning through real experience what delivers and what is just marketing.
Hollow Labs is built from that journey. It is the product of everything I have lived, everything I have learned, and everything I stand for.
And along the way, I kept seeing the same thing over and over again, supplements with great label designs and massive marketing budgets. But when you looked at the ingredients? Underdosed formulas, toxic ingredients, and hidden dosages behind proprietary blends. Companies spending more on packaging than on what's actually inside.
That's not what athletes deserve. That's not what anyone who takes their training seriously deserves.
