What exactly will I receive?

Will the whole stack last the same amount of time?
Not necessarily. Containers have different serving counts, and daily products can run out sooner than products used only for selected workouts. Each product card shows its supply at the stated serving.
Can I choose my flavors or swap products?
Choose the available flavor options in the selectors above. The products in each stack are fixed; open an individual product page if you prefer to build a different order.
Is this a beginner pre-workout stack?
It is intended for experienced adult users. Shadow is a high-stimulant formula. If you are looking for a caffeine-free starting point, review Flood V2 on its own.
Should I take all three together?
Do not assume so. Choose your pre-workout and review its overlap with Creatine X. Shadow must not be combined with other caffeine or stimulant products. Review all label directions before building a combination.
How much caffeine is in the stack?
Caffeine comes from Shadow. Its full scoop lists 350mg caffeine anhydrous plus 75mg Infinergy di-caffeine malate ingredient weight. Those are shown separately because ingredient weight is not the same as verified caffeine yield. Flood V2 and Creatine X have no added caffeine.
