Refund policy

Opened or unopened, you can request a return within 30 days of purchase. You must ship the product back to Hollow Labs and pay the return shipping cost.

Email Info@hollowlabs.com with your order number or proof of purchase to receive return instructions before sending your package.

Once we receive your return, we will email you and refund the returned product to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
